I stayed close to the activities we were doing, the place was clean, and the staff were nice.

The grassy picnic area had tables, chairs, and a BBQ, and the staff were friendly; it’s a 5‑minute walk to a gas station and pub, and a 15‑minute walk to a liquor store. The kitchenette is usable with some dishes and tableware. We were disappointed that the pool, which we read was open until the end of September, was still closed and the motel sign still says POOL, so it hasn’t been open all year.

It was very, very clean. The gentleman at check‑in was lovely. The experience was easy and seamless, and the location was great for a road‑trip stop. I found the bed/pillow very uncomfortable, but my friend thought it was fine—so it seems to be a personal preference.
