“Great stay on the beach”
The property looks beautiful, but the staff were not nice unless their manager was present; the lady who did my toenails yelled at me when I smudged one by accident, and they don’t provide spa shoes afterward. For the price, the pedicure was not good, the polish was outdated, and the color choices were low.

The jungle vibe right on the beach was amazing and the disconnect is incredible; you rest very well. The price is high for a boutique hotel, so it should include more amenities; charging for everything ruins the experience a bit.

The bathrooms blend modern and rustic touches, mosquito nets hang above the beds, and there’s a wide range of activities. However, the billing service at the night restaurant needs improvement: I was charged for something I didn’t order, and although the correction was quick, the mistake could have been avoided.
