My second stay was good. The price was reasonable. 1. The location is great, close to Paya Thai station, Watergate Market, and Centrol World. 2. The space is comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that the room is next to the train tracks, so trains occasionally pass by, but it doesn’t bother me because there are few trains in Thailand and none at midnight. The air conditioning is a bit loud, but acceptable.

The room was near the BTS and well kept, fairly quiet. However, the room I booked was not available, so I received a different one, which was fine.

The place is well‑located but feels quite isolated. There is no microwave, the fridge isn’t working, and the room has many defects.
