Location was spot on, staff were super helpful, and my room was clean with all the right amenities.

Before we even arrived, every question was answered within a very short time. The pre‑check‑in portal made it much easier to pay for parking. The staff were extremely friendly, especially with kids. The room was spacious. With two kids, I can only recommend this place for families. The parking spot was a bit farther and more complicated than we had imagined, but we didn't need it daily because we bought a public transport pass, so it didn't really bother us during our stay.

For a four‑star property, they lacked welcome kits and any drinks or snacks in the minibar. When we asked for a bottle of water, they charged us a full 3 euros.
