“Mai più”

The panoramic view was nice, but the room was too basic for the price and there was not even decent soap. The owner was grumpy and unfriendly. At the restaurant we were served dishes that didn’t match the descriptions (for example, mixed‑mushroom tagliatelle instead of porcini tagliatelle) and instead of apologising or offering to remake the dish or bring us something else, the owner tried to deny us dinner. I’m in my eighth month of pregnancy, and refusing dinner to a woman in advanced pregnancy is a serious lack of empathy and a total absence of professional ethics.

The property is just a few minutes from the city centre, and the view from the room makes the stay worthwhile! There’s an indoor and outdoor pool with a spa at reasonable prices, creating a real oasis of relaxation. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the kitchen is excellent!

“Molto soddisfacente, lo consiglio”

The room was very tidy and clean, the dinner was great for the price, and the reception was well stocked with maps and trail charts for the nearby treks. Additionally, the extra spa service was well run and priced fairly for what it offers.

“Great staff, amazing views”

The vistas were great, the staff were very friendly and eager to help, and breakfast was good. The downside was that the spa entrance fee was quite steep.
