At check‑in the first room’s door was open, it was unclean, and had a strange, disgusting smell, so I asked for a room change; the second room’s bathroom floor had a large black, oily liquid that was extremely unpleasant and we still don’t know what it was, so I requested another change; it was a terrible experience and I had to keep going to the front desk to handle problems that shouldn’t have happened.

I found the location super convenient for our needs, there was a fairly available parking spot right next to the hotel, and the staff were polite and clean.

The staff at the hotel are fantastic and smile a lot, and the location is great with services close by. I stayed for 14 nights and had a few issues: 1‑ I asked for room cleaning multiple times but it never happened; 2‑ The housekeeping staff mostly spoke Spanish and not English; 3‑ The breakfast was very plain with few options, so I regret booking the all‑inclusive breakfast; 4‑ Parking costs $33 per night; 5‑ No one helped me carry my luggage.

“Overpriced because of the location”

The place is in a good spot, but when I arrived at 3 pm the room wasn’t ready. The front‑desk staff seemed like they’d rather be somewhere else, and there was almost no communication—only an 11 am checkout was mentioned, even though I couldn’t get into my room until an hour after the 3 pm check‑in. The room was humid, and the AC was a nightmare: it was loud, and I was told the reason the room wasn’t ready was HVAC maintenance. I expected it to be fixed or at least turned on before letting anyone use the room.
