“Very disappointing and would'nt recommend it to anyone”
The shower worked okay, but the stairs and hallway to the bedroom had filthy carpets, there were no phone sockets, and there was no food on hand

The staff were great and the room was ready when we got there, offering good value for money, yet the room itself had seen better days with a broken toilet seat, a faulty door handle, and a saggy bed

Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful
There was no welcome beyond a text, the place was dirty and poorly maintained with spider webs everywhere, everything was in disarray, the room had been refurbished and stayed clean, but the spring bedding was terrible, we were woken by construction noise and loud workers outside, the curtains didn't block light, and overall it was very pricey for what it was
