Everything was broken: the floor, the barbecue, it almost burned my foot; the floor around the pool was all cracked, slippery, and full of holes – very dangerous. The pool area was all black and not clean at all. Frequent power and water cuts, and especially the AC was only on from 21 h to 7 am, which was not notified during booking, so in the morning you’re woken by insects and bites, no mosquito net – a missing element in the mobile home. When we complained to the owner, he never took responsibility, offered no solution, and we couldn’t shower; we had to find a tank with other guests who had rented from the owner, who detached any responsibility. He is truly bad‑natured.
