The map for the location was wrong; it wasn’t on the beach as shown, and the road leading there was narrow and winding. The bathroom floors weren’t clean, and there was no spa—only an outsourced Ayurvedic centre.

A program was running at the rooftop auditorium, so it was noisy throughout the stay, and the rooms weren’t neat. Cleanliness was an issue.

The staff were very cooperative, especially the boy in the evening, and they were very helpful; you should try the Kerala spa. The road to get there was a downside.
