Spa and breakfast were good. The room was noisy from outside even with the windows closed, some interior noise, the AC was loud and not very efficient, the room was very hot. The room was minimalist.

The SPA is very pleasant. The hotel is very comfortable. The whole setting is beautiful, welcoming and enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was great, but it took too long… I think it was just a one‑off misfortune.

The overall experience was very good, but the massage area should be better isolated. During a massage, which should be a relaxing and quiet moment, the same doesn’t happen because it’s located in a passageway that leads to the pools and the bathing areas.

The hotel itself fits the setting well, but the breakfast room has weak lighting.

The location is excellent and the facilities are very good and beautiful. The pool area wins anyone over. The Bosque restaurant is wonderful. That said, what truly impressed me were the people. From the front‑desk ladies to the cleaning staff, the spa massage therapists, and the restaurant employees, everyone was wonderful. Thank you very much!!
