The contact with Tera was very warm. The location is very central, the place very clean, the equipment new and very stylish. The roof terrace is a dream! The breakfast with Stefano was tasty and authentic. The tight spiral staircase is not easy with luggage.

The terrace is wonderful, in a good spot in the centre of Reggio near the Duomo. It’s tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and super easy to access. Communication was clear and friendly. We loved it, but some people might struggle with the narrow circular staircase to reach the bedroom. The toilet is on the first floor, but the shower and sink are upstairs with the bedroom, so there’s no privacy for the shower as it’s open to the bedroom.

We especially liked the central location and the terrace. The bedroom, shower, and terrace are reached via a narrow spiral staircase with over 20 steps, which is a challenge with a suitcase. The bath and bidet are downstairs. Using them requires going up the narrow spiral staircase.

The staff were very friendly and had already told us about several parking options for our car before we arrived. The room was small but had everything needed and had just been renovated. The air‑conditioning worked well and the beds were very good. The room’s location was perfect – everything is within walking distance and it’s surprisingly quiet despite the central spot. The only hassle was getting our luggage into the room because you can only go up a staircase. Breakfast was served at a café with a few brand options, which was enough for us.
