“Tolle Atmosphäre, empfehlenswert”

The location is excellent, right on the sea, great vibe. Behind it is the Coconut Market Place, with a good supermarket offering warm take‑away, mid‑range restaurants, and shops. That alone made the spot fantastic. The beach is natural and wild, not a swimming beach. The pool pond is nicely designed, there’s a pool bar. We all felt very comfortable and would come back right away. The room furnishings are a bit dated.

“Traumhafte Lage am Meer”

The spot is right on the sea, the apartment is spacious and has everything you need. A grocery store and other shops are within walking distance. The garden is impeccably maintained, and the chickens, roosters, and chicks add a fun touch. The furniture and apartment fittings feel a bit dated, but everything stays very clean. The humid, warm climate leaves a faint musty smell in the rooms.

“Great Value. Wish we had booked for longer”

We had stayed here before moving to Poipu for a “fancier” hotel and wished we could have stayed a bit longer. The location was less resort‑y and touristy than Poipu, with almost empty beaches. I was pleasantly surprised by the condo’s quality for the price; although it’s a bit dated, it wasn’t too far off from the pricier Poipu condo we booked later that week. The only reason it didn’t earn a 10 was a constant AC vent leak that puddled in the bathroom and the pool’s small size compared to other resorts, but overall it was nearly perfect. The AC leak needs fixing, but I never reported it, and there’s nothing else to complain about.

“Good place to stay for the price”

A beautiful place to stay with a nice pool and a great location that offers good value. I was woken up at about 4 am every night by the roosters that obviously live on the grounds. The cleaning crew needs to inspect rooms more thoroughly.
