I didn’t realize they were remodeling; furniture and paint buckets were scattered around. The pool and hot tub were awful—scary, moldy, dirty, and slimy—so I stayed away from that area. Breakfast only offered protein in the form of yogurt, condiments, and cream cheese; I had to bring cashew nut butter for my waffle, and hard‑boiled eggs would have been nice. Otherwise, the room was clean except for the bathroom toiletries. The front office was pleasant and helpful, and housekeeping came in to freshen towels and coffee.

“Won’t be staying there again.”

The location is good, but the old, rundown building has a noisy air conditioner and big gaps in the door that let in light and bugs; it even smelled like smoke even though it was a non‑smoking room, and it wasn't very clean. The breakfast selection was poor compared to other hotels, though the staff were nice.
