“The stay was great!”

While I was initially disappointed to find that there was no complimentary breakfast, I did appreciate the break room area where I could purchase food and coffee. However, I felt that the selection could have been more extensive, and it would have been great to have more options for take-out and cooking in the kitchenette.

“I never was able to check in. Tried to check Into my room took over three hours of having to be on the phone with custom”

I had a frustrating experience with my hotel stay, which unfortunately started with a three-hour wait to check in. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, and despite our prepaid reservation, they ended up canceling our entire stay due to their issues. It was a disappointing and chaotic beginning to our trip, and we were left without a place to stay.
