There was nothing to review because the property wasn’t even open or operating, and we had to find another place at the last minute after a 31‑hour journey. The fact that it wasn’t a functioning property and we were still waiting for any updates or a refund was the main issue.

The room paint was awful, the water heater near the shower was dangerous, and when we arrived there were no towels or shower gel; the room was in bad condition.

The location is great, the staff are helpful and very friendly, the room is spacious, and the common area is nice to have; they helped us arrange rides, laundry, etc., and let us store our bicycles overnight while we did a side trip. The rooms are incredibly dark—blinds cover wooden window coverings so there is very little light, making it hard to see. The staff are wonderful when they’re there but are not around early in the morning when you need to check out. We used the laundry service, but it was 1.5 hours late, so we had to wait before we could leave in the morning.
