A nice, modern hotel in a great location with very friendly staff. The rooms were a bit small.

The beds were comfortable, the hotel was tidy, and the staff were friendly. However, the paper cups were awful – they got soggy quickly and nobody replaced them. The lack of a mini‑fridge in the room is also a drawback.

“ok”

The location was good and the hotel was clean. We had specifically asked beforehand if a dog was allowed, and it was confirmed. When we arrived, the staff told us the dog could not join us at the dining table or buffet, which seemed illogical to me; we also weren't allowed to sit in the lounge area and have breakfast there. Parking was a problem – there were no free spots and searching nearby was very difficult, but that’s just how it is.

“Excelent location”

Secure on‑site parking was a big plus for us motorcycle travelers, Spittelmarkt U‑bahn is visible from the front of the hotel, and there are good restaurants nearby. Breakfasts were good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The tea/coffee facilities in the room seem to be disappearing in these more corporate hotels, forcing guests to go down and pay at the bar instead, which is a sad loss of convenience but not unique to this brand.

“Perfect”

Clean, modern, and functional location. The room isn’t ideal for stays longer than two or three nights because it’s quite small.
