The air conditioner in my room didn’t work well, and the room was dirty—hair everywhere and some surfaces hadn’t been wiped in a while. The cigarette smell in other areas was pervasive. I definitely wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location was perfect—I’ll be back. The only downside was the driveway, which was hard to see when we drove by at night.

I could tell the staff really care about customer service and work hard. The only issue was the hallway carpet on the upper level, which was heavily stained and clearly in need of replacement—this isn’t the staff’s fault. It seemed like a lot of construction guys stayed there.

The manager on duty was quick to help me and other guests on the property. My room, however, was over the front door, which slammed shut throughout the night.

The place looked clean and renovated, but it seemed like people lived in the rooms when they weren’t rented. A lot of homeless people were hanging around in the parking lot and pavilion area. The breakfast area was small, the ice machine didn’t work, and the hallways were dirty. It felt like new guests always had to wait for the room to be cleaned, and I wasn’t sure who was in charge—whether it was the maid or someone walking around who seemed to be homeless.
