The warmth of the place and the overall quality of the bed, linens, breakfast, comfort, and cleanliness were great, but there was little information about the Wi‑Fi and TV services, and when we asked for details, no staff were available to help.

The bathroom was very clean, yet the room was tiny for its price, had no windows except a skylight, felt very neglected, the bathroom chain broke, the walls had mold, and I found several bugs in the bed, making it a terrible stay.
