The atmosphere was wonderful, spotless, the food tasty, the garden and outdoor vibe superb, and the staff were exceptionally friendly; we felt great and everyone took good care of us.

The beds were comfortable, but the staff were very moody and the communication was terrible. They promised to book a driver room at the end, but couldn’t, and still charged the full room rate. There were cockroaches in the room, the pool was filthy and unusable.

We had an outstanding stay at Supreme Dambulla! The hotel’s location is perfect, set in a beautiful, calm, green environment that’s ideal for relaxing while still being close to major sites. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived. The whole team is smiling, attentive, and always ready to meet our needs with great kindness. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and the facilities are high quality. The pool is a real bonus for unwinding after a day of exploration. Dining was superb: a variety of well‑prepared dishes and an excellent breakfast. We’re leaving with wonderful memories and will definitely come back. Huge thanks to the entire team for their professionalism and friendliness. I recommend this place without hesitation!
