The staff were very friendly and did everything they could to help me out. The hotel sits in a good spot, but the room I got had no window to the outside; instead there was a hallway window that opened. Whenever someone passed by, the hallway lights would go off and the light would spill into my room through the curtains, so it was a bit annoying.

The hotel is just a short walk from the historic centre, so getting to all the sights is easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the view from the street made it pretty noisy.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. The food, especially breakfast, was quite poor and not very varied, but otherwise everything was fine.

This place is a bit quirky and artistic, but in a charming way. It felt very homey and comfortable. It’s right near the town centre, close to the main markets, restaurants, and some excellent coffee shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The staff were kind, helpful, and the overall value was good. I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue was that the hotel has changed its name to Balcon del Arte, making it hard to find because there’s no clear signage. It does appear on Google Maps under the new name, which helped. There’s a stylized “BA” symbol on the front, but even that is a bit hard to spot at night. Other than that, I couldn’t find any problems.
