When you see lower rates online, you can’t actually get those rates—even if you’re already a guest there, the office staff told me that they have nothing to do with online rates. Rebooking would force the guest to register again and get a different room, essentially starting the whole process over.

The rooms were very spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Every time we used the sink in the bathroom, the pipe would leak and produce a horrible smell in the room, which I didn’t like.
