“Everything was okay except one customer experience.”

The spot is convenient and the rooms stay spotless, but the night‑shift front desk lady was unprofessional and inappropriate. I asked for utensils for food I bought at a seven eleven, politely calling the desk to see if she could provide them. She told me to go down to get them myself. I thanked her and promised to do so. When I returned to the counter, she blamed me for not bringing my own utensils, demanded them from me with a very rude tone, and said, “You should ask your delivery man or restaurant to have it.” I was shocked; this was the first time I’d encountered such a confrontation during a hotel stay. I wanted to tell her to simply say no if she didn’t want to provide something, instead of making unnecessary comments. Her attitude ruined my otherwise positive impression of the hotel, though all the other staff—especially the front desk person who helped me check in and the doorman—were helpful and kind.

“Hotel Muito bom”

The hotel is new, well‑located, and clean. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spotless and clear. A great hotel. They do charge extra for early check‑in and late check‑out.
