The building looked gorgeous, yet the pool and hot tub were in need of upkeep and the place was filthy; the shower produced a horrible screeching sound. The pull‑out couch felt like lying on springs wrapped in a sheet.

The location worked well for us because we headed to a concert at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre on the FL State Fairgrounds; the area around the hotel was very quiet. We enjoyed a spacious, clean, and very comfortable bedroom for one night. Breakfast was average with typical American fare. I didn’t dislike anything about the stay; everything was good, the staff were very nice, the parking lot was open and ample, and it was all fine for just one night.
