The staff were friendly, the hotel pretty, the food tasty, clean, the bath nice, and the playroom great. Dinner could have been better with scheduled service because the restaurant is small compared to the hotel.

The room is a comfortable size with cozy beds. The bathroom has a tub, which is much more practical for a child. From the terrace we could see the pool (I’m glad about that because the other side of the rooms faces the outdoor parking). We had half‑board meals. Refilling at the buffet was awkward. At dinner we had to wait a long time for drinks. My little son made such a loud noise that it was a shame we got a small discount on the drink price for the delay. I asked for gluten‑free bread, was told it would be ready immediately, but I never received it, so I had to bring my own. The menu listing (and thus the allergen information) was not always accurate.
