The property was very well thought out, very well presented and felt like home. There was nothing to dislike.

“Excellent stop-over for a busy family wedding week-end. Wish it was longer!”

The static caravan looked almost new and was well equipped for a practical family wedding stop‑over; everything was clean and worked fine, with high‑quality bed linen and comfort, an en‑suite in the main bedroom and a separate shower room that were excellent. However, there was no visitor or hirer guide available, I couldn’t find a duvet for the living‑room put‑up bed and the linen and blankets were not quite adequate. The gas cooker hob igniter didn’t work (battery or fix needed?) but a separate gas igniter wand was sufficient for the oven/hob. The early departure time of 10am on a Sunday was inconvenient, and while the Wi‑Fi passcode was provided, the Wi‑Fi ID was not indicated in the surrounding systems.

“Absolute fantastic service and all round lovely stay.”

The property felt very homely and well looked after; everything worked fine and the amenities inside the caravan were exceptional. I only stayed there for two days.

“We have stayed in several caravans over the years and this caravan is in the top three”

The owners really made an effort to make our stay special with lots of little extras, which was great. However, we had a bit of a letdown with the clubhouse staff, who came across as quite rude. To make matters worse, the on-site shop was closed the entire time we were there.
