The décor is very pretty, very clean, and matches the photos perfectly. It’s close to the metro and very easy to reach all tourist spots in Rome. We recommend it!

The room was generally clean. There was no cleaning for four days. The owner behaved oddly, initially not telling us where to go or how to get there. He wrote that we first had to pay a city tax and then he would give us information. This was the first time we had to deal with such a situation. In other accommodations we didn’t encounter this. He kept writing in Italian even though I said we didn’t understand it, and he started teaching us how to translate his texts, which was strange. We’re paying for accommodation, not for a normal service, and he expects us to find a translator to understand him. That’s disrespectful to foreign tourists. Additionally, the room was noisy, constant train noise that couldn’t be muted. We always felt like people constantly on a train. The bed had a strange situation too—it squeaked constantly and was maximally uncomfortable.

I was impressed by how spotless everything was and how attentive the staff were to our needs. The place is very clean, up-to-date, and modern, and overall it was just fine.

The room was spacious, giving us plenty of room for our belongings, and we really enjoyed the coffee maker and the small kitchen access. A metro station was within walking distance, which we used to get into the city every day.
