I was let down by the basic room facilities and housekeeping: no bathroom floor mat or napkins were provided, and when we asked for a floor mat we received only a towel; the cleaning was inadequate and overall cleanliness fell short of what the price and standard promised, so these basic amenities and housekeeping should be improved.
