We had a very nice room and the onsen was a great way to unwind; the waterfall right next to the onsen was awesome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Because the property sits directly inside a nature reserve, there’s no way to shop nearby and you’re dependent on the hotel’s supplies. The dinner was good but about 70 EUR per person, so pretty pricey.

The room was super luxurious, the staff super friendly and the onsens amazing! The dinner and breakfast are definitely worth it. Nothing to add.

The outdoor onsens are incredible, and the food too. The staff were very friendly and there are plenty of common rooms. It was pretty cold and the general rooms only got heated on the second day. The room heater worked fine.

The facility is clean, the air tastes great and the staff are responsive. The food is tasty and the portions are generous. No complaints.

A ryokan in nature, with delicious and varied traditional lunches and dinners. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The outdoor onsen overlook a waterfall. The ryokan is clean and the staff are extremely friendly.
