“The pool, garden and staff are really great, and I think the hotel receives mostly positive reviews because of them. How”
The staff were amazing, and the pool and garden were really great. The room itself, especially the view, was the worst possible.
“Over and above”
The staff went above and beyond to help us, especially after my son left an expensive item in his room post‑checkout; they gladly arranged couriers to ship it home, which we truly appreciated. They also upgraded my parents to a better room with a spa pool, for which they were very grateful. Much appreciated!
“Excellent séjour”
The upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi and the extreme kindness of the staff were outstanding. Nothing was lacking.
“Nous avons tellement apprécié le séjour que nous ne serions pas contre d’y retourner un jour.”
The welcome and atmosphere were warm and affectionate, the location was perfect, and the food—breakfast varied and dinner worthy of a restaurant—was excellent. The room, however, needs a refresh.
“Séjour parfait 👍”
The location is excellent, just 2 minutes from a beautiful beach, restaurants, and a bar. The warm reception included small touches like cocktails, a bottle of wine, and offered nougats, which we really enjoyed. The staff were very helpful, whether arranging a taxi or carrying our luggage to the taxi 🚕. Truly adorable. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect.
