The shower and wet room were great, but the breakfast was far too pricey for what it was.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly particularly the breakfast waitresses , nothing was too much trouble.Breakfast and location were excellent. We had a marvellous sea view as promised

The location is excellent with a good breakfast. To have car parking included is a real bonus in this location. Generally the rooms are fine but carpets in the rooms need replacing or cleaning - very stained - which gives a bad reflection on the overall cleanliness of the room
Rm212 shower did not deliver hot water. On site parking not sufficient, had to park 400 MTs away Over cooked fried eggs and streaky, not back bacon. Paid a premium over other hotels knowing parking in Llandudno is a problem. Not worth sta6here in future
Lovely Hotel overlooking the beach and the sea. Beautiful building very modern reception and ultra modern restaurant. We love the hotel and couldn't have asked for a better location. This was our first visit to Llandudno we couldn't have chosen a better Hotel. Clean beds, ok pillows & they were very comfortable. We had a breakfast on the last day and it was exceptional. Couldn't fault it. It was a little expensive - I think it was £15 each, but it set us up for our long journey home & as we said, exceptional. We were lucky enough to find a space in the hotel car park for each day of our stay - that was a real bonus
