I didn’t actually stay that night—I booked by mistake and tried to cancel immediately. When I called, they said it depended on the hotel, and I ended up losing the money and wasting an hour on the booking night chasing a refund. I paid for a room I never used.

The room was very comfortable, but breakfast only ran until 8:30 am. It would have been nice to get a muffin or fruit around 9 am. If any baked goods or fruit remain after the rush before 8:30, they should be kept instead of thrown out so guests can enjoy them before checking out.

The place was clean and comfortable, but the hot tub was broken, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to relaxing in it that evening. Several other items were also broken, worn, or tired.
