The location is good, but room service and cleaning were lacking.

I loved everything about the hotel and have recommended it to many friends, yet the guest policy is rigid: unregistered guests can’t even step into a room, even briefly. I asked management several times to let friends meet me privately in my room instead of only in the lobby, but they refused. I hope the hotel adopts a more flexible visitor policy while keeping security.
