The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the location was convenient.

“Definitely would recommend staying if given the opportunity.”

The property is tucked away in a community, with wonderful hosts, a beautiful building, and they were very accommodating with early check‑in and late check‑out. However, when booking it wasn’t clear that the balcony with the lovely view was only available if you booked a specific room, not a communal space for everyone.

“La balance était très confortable, très propre et le personnel très courtois”

The bathroom was very well decorated and modern but not practical. The glass shower door was on wheels, so you couldn’t push it because it could roll away. There were no icons for placing our shampoo or soap bottle, no hook, and the shower spray was round with water falling like rain, so it wasn’t practical like a typical shower.

The breakfast suggestion was good, but there’s nowhere to grab lunch. The taxi service from the airport and to the ship was awful. If I return, I won’t use those guys and the place should consider finding a different provider.

I liked the pool and the facilities, and the two sisters who worked there were great to deal with, but it was often empty when I needed help.
