I liked the location near all the eateries and just a block from the Lotte Tower area, plus the AC was chill; the only downside was the room felt a touch cramped.

I stayed for a KSPO concert and the hotel was within walking distance of Lotte World Mall, with plenty of tasty spots nearby, and the room was spacious and the bed comfy; however, the shower left the bathroom floor soaking wet, the towel area stayed dry, and I wish there’d been a shower curtain or something – it’s a drenched setup and yet no daily cleaning, which is frustrating.

Getting to KSPO was super easy, the staff were incredibly friendly, but the corridor noise was pretty loud and there was almost no natural light.
