Perfect breakfast, car parking, very comfortable apartment, excellent cleaning, family‑friendly atmosphere—everything is perfect. No issues.

Independent structure, clean, close to transport routes. The animals present are pretty and friendly. The staff are discreet but available. The location between the highway and the train line isn’t ideal because of occasional noise.

A quiet spot a bit outside Fabriano, surrounded by greenery and full of potential! The owner’s availability and the presence of everything we could need made for a great stay. Nothing.

We were in a remote spot for a nearby wedding, and the host was super friendly and easygoing. The phone reception was bad and there’s no Wi‑Fi, so getting work done was hard.
