The stay was solid overall, but water leaked and the pipes clanked loudly.

The place was spotless, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a tasty meal at the Thai restaurant on the third floor plus a wonderful pool; we really couldn’t find any fault, though the surroundings might not suit everyone because there isn’t much to do—it feels more like a campus with a handful of cafés and eateries and isn’t in the city centre, which we accepted deliberately since we needed to stay nearby.

The staff were very sweet and polite, the room was well kept, everything was new and matched the pictures, and it’s a pleasant place!

Breakfast was acceptable, yet the bathroom layout was poorly designed and the shower relied on an electric water heater that I found unsafe, fearing a possible electric leak; overall the setting was pleasant, and after work I could stroll around the front plaza to aid digestion, with the industrial zone just nearby, so apart from the electric heater in the bathroom I was satisfied. I’m not a fan of electric heaters because the water pressure is low and it feels risky, making me uneasy while washing, and cleaning seemed limited to just making the beds, with no attention given to the kitchen.
