The service is good, the breakfast meets expectations, the accommodations are decent. The location isn’t great; it’s in the center but in an area that feels like a crack‑cocaine zone.

I liked the breakfast and the location, though it’s in a dangerous area. The room was meant for people with special needs, yet the bathroom had no shower box, so the whole floor got wet, it seemed there was a leak because of the odor, and on the first day one of the towels was awful.

Breakfast had a wide selection and the front‑desk staff were helpful, the room was a decent size for one person and the air‑conditioner worked well. However, the area around the hotel had many homeless people, making me feel unsafe walking the streets. The room and bathroom were poorly cleaned; the bathroom rug was dirty when I arrived and never changed during the week, there was no washcloth, the shower gave a shock, the acoustics were awful and from 6 am onward I couldn’t sleep because of noise in the stairs and corridors, and the room smelled moldy.
