“Just a roof over our heads tbh”

The staff were friendly, but the walls had stains, the upholstery and curtains had cigarette burn holes, cigarette odor lingered everywhere, furniture handles were broken, the toilet seat was peeling and permanently stained, the bathtub floor was peeling and stained, the tub mat was dirty, the floor was so filthy that my socks turned black, and the mattress was sunken so much that we slept at a downward angle.

“Enjoyable and budget friendly.”

The location was convenient, it was a good hotel for a short or long layover, rooms were clean with functional bathrooms, staff were friendly, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. No complaints, will return soon.

I love the kingsize beds the most in the rooms and I love Alex; he is always pleasant when I come and takes good care of me. Nothing else.

The staff were nice, but the building is old, which I understand, yet at least new carpet and new wallpaper could have been installed. I did not feel safe in the area and I will never stay there again.

It was local to everything and not far from downtown and close to airport. I didn’t like the owner the mistake due for not being guest of the hotel when we tried to come downstairs for breakfast which was not called for being that we were there for two days. Very rude and not compassionate. But the concierge upon arrival was very pleasant on the flip side which over rides the bad experience
