It was near Colmar, had good facilities and was comfortable, with everything you could need. They made us clean the house before we left so we wouldn’t have to pay 70 € for a tidy house.

The spot is fantastic and the public transport connections are superb for exploring southern Alsace around Colmar. The mobile home and its gear were functional enough. In winter the mobile home ought to be preheated; it feels very uncomfortable when it’s ice‑cold. The seating and TV in the mobile home we rented don’t line up; it should be on the other side.

The location was what we liked most. We slept in a mobile home: the double bed is really two single beds joined, and you can see the seam and the mattress change. There was no soap to wash the dishes, no sponge or brush, no napkins, and no bucket or mop for the floor—just a kind of mop and a hard broom that we didn’t know how to use, unlike what we’re used to in Spain. When we left we had to call a phone to get a code to open the door because we were out before 7 am, even after repeating several times that we were leaving early.

The staff were very professional and welcoming. The mobile home was large and comfortable. Nothing to complain about.
