The rooms are large, clean, and have many international outlets, and the pool area is great, but the staff spoke poor English, making communication difficult.

A very beautiful, luxurious hotel with palace‑level attentive staff, a huge and gorgeous pool, but the room wasn’t ready at 18:00 and there was a faint cigarette smell that later disappeared.

As expected from a Hilton, the staff training was top‑class and the vibe was very welcoming; I’ll definitely think about staying here again each year when I’m back in Beijing.
