Everything was great and went beyond what I expected.

The breakfast was good, but the rooms are next to the pool, so there is a lot of noise from guests and the pool motor, making it impossible to rest.

I had a terrible experience: the receptionist Julia was extremely rude and indifferent when I reported a problem. There was a bat in the room, my boyfriend got bitten, and she still blamed us, saying we left the door open, implying we’d have to keep it closed all the time. The reception service was awful.
