Nesta Hotel Hanoi

“Très bel endroit à côté du lac, facile d’accès pour tout”

I arrived super late and they greeted me with a smile. The shower‑bathtub combo was a bit cramped for my height, the shower hose was just enough, but it wasn't a major issue.

“Nice stay”

Lucas was amazing—he sorted everything we asked for and was very helpful. The view was stunning. We stayed in a pod that was sleek, spotless, had a great tub, and the bed was super comfy. The spot was convenient and they offered scooters for exploring. Grab was also an option and cheap. The meals were just okay. It would have helped to have more luggage space, a spot to hang clothes and towels, and a few extra lights.

The buffet was decent. The hotel feels old‑fashioned and worn; the carpets were stained and torn, and no one seems to have cared about the upkeep.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the breakfast was superb, offering a diverse range of dishes to cater to different tastes. However, I did encounter an issue with the hot water supply, which was non-existent until I brought it to the attention of the staff. Thankfully, they were prompt in resolving the problem.

“Godfreyhe”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around the area. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room service menu offered a variety of delicious options. I was particularly impressed with the food quality, and I appreciated that the menu was attached to the room service menu for easy reference.
