The staff were friendly and the location was great, but the hallway and neighboring rooms were very noisy; we could hear people shouting in the hallway at night and everything happening in the room next door.

The property was spotless and the location was close to Pasaraya, Blok M Plaza, and Melawai, so I’ll definitely return with my family on the next holiday.

The place is well situated, yet there’s a lot of noise from the main road outside and between rooms.
