The accommodation was comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a fabulous view. The pool was nice but cold. The same generic background song—more like elevator music—played repeatedly. Initially I thought the playlist was wrong, but when I mentioned it to reception they seemed confused. It was a pity, because the music ruined the ambience entirely.

The view from the room overlooking the city’s fortress at sunrise was fantastic. The restaurant was very good. The room was quiet, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff operated at the highest level, and administrator Ani deserves special thanks.

The staff were friendly and the room comfortable, and the location is great. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room when I left a sign for the whole day, which was disappointing.

Hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hotels direkt gegenüber von der Burg. Insbesondere der Blick vom Frühstücksraum im fünften Stock ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im dritten Stock mit Blick auf die Burg. Dadurch lag das Zimmer an der Strassenseite, wodurch es auch bei geschlossenem Fenster recht laut ist. Schade, dass keine Parkplätze beim Hotel zur Verfügung stehen
