The host was spontaneous and friendly, the common area was cozy, breakfast was tasty, the room was simple but complete, and the outdoor seat had a great view of the water; there was also a bike storage spot. I can't think of any negatives.

Breakfast featured fresh, warm assorted rolls, eggs from the farm’s own hens, sausage, cheese, butter, jam, yogurt, fruit, and muesli, plus Dutch specialties like beschuit, hagelslag, and suikerbrood—everyone gets full! The kitchen lets you brew coffee or tea anytime, and there's a fridge or the option to cook something. I have nothing negative to mention. Sjoukje is a very warm, kind host who goes out of her way to make guests feel comfortable.

The rooms are very beautiful, lovingly and modernly restored in an old cow barn, and the kitchen is fully equipped (shared with one other room, no problem). There is a lot of information and a very nice, friendly host. I have no complaints.

The location is authentic, close to Leeuwarden yet still in the countryside, and near a bike hub. There is no nearby restaurant.

The rural setting, the peace, and the privacy are great. The breakfast offered is good and varied. A kitchen with a fridge is available, and towels are provided. I have no negatives.
