I couldn’t use anything because I couldn’t check in. I arrived at the agreed time, rang the bell for about 30 minutes in front of the parking lot and no one answered. I called their cell and they didn’t answer either. I was alone and had to leave to find another place at 10 pm. The next day, I still received a rude email from them asking why I hadn’t cancelled to avoid losing money. Lack of service and commitment.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. The place is simple but comfortable. I stayed only 2 days, but liked it, it’s close to markets and snack bars. All in all, I liked it a lot and will definitely return.

Apesar da simplicidade das acomodações, o chuveiro era bem quentinho e a localização é simplesmente incrível, em frente à rodoviária e à 3 minutos de um supermercado muito bom e completo. A funcionária foi muito atenciosa, atendeu a todos os meus pedidos prontamente. Recomendo pelo custo-benefício
