The location is superb and the property is exceptionally clean. The home was comfortable, well‑maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything was neat and tidy, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Ipoh! 👍

Clean, good owner. Parking entry is a bit tough; I came with a Kia Carnival, but I understand the neighbors’ sensitivity to parking on the small road and don’t want to cause trouble. Overall, it’s good.

I highly recommend this place! The homestay was exceptionally clean, cozy, and located in a lovely neighborhood. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all our messages, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, super close to Ipoh town, which makes getting around very easy. The homestay itself was pristine, modern, and very secure. The host gave great local recommendations that enhanced our trip. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay! 10/10 would stay here again! Nothing.

“The cleanliness exceeded our expectations！”

I was skeptical about the metal bunk beds, thinking they'd ruin my sleep, but they turned out cleaner and more comfortable than the low wooden beds I usually prefer. Parking is a breeze with plenty of space, each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there's an extra toilet in the living area. The place was spotless, with thoughtful touches like chilled beer glasses in the fridge, complete cutlery and tableware, and trash bins in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The only flaw was the narrow driveway/entrance, especially when cars line up along the roadside in front.

“Besar dan selesa, tidak jauh dari bandar, berbaloi dengan nilai wang”

The place is big and spacious. The parking area feels cramped because the road in front of the house is quite narrow.
