“Nowhere near what was shown in the images.”

The rooms were dusty and the bathrooms were unclean; if my payment had been refundable, I definitely wouldn't have stayed. The room service was slow, dust remained on the floor, and the bathrooms were dirty.

I'm still trying to figure out how this place managed to stay open for so long. The cleanliness was non-existent, and I mean that in the most literal sense. It was like they'd given up on even trying.

“One of the worst stays ever”

This place was a total disaster. The rooms were in a state of disrepair, the washroom was dirty, and the linen was wet. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful, especially the reception person. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

“good value for money”

The hotel's location was a major draw for me, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, my experience with the staff was a letdown - they seemed overwhelmed and not very helpful when I had questions or needed assistance. The cleanliness of the hotel was also a concern, with some areas feeling a bit grimy and in need of a good scrub. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag, but the location made it worth putting up with the other issues.

I've seen some bad hotels in my time, but this one takes the cake. It was pathetic, with rooms that reeked of stale air and what I can only assume was years of neglect. It was like they'd given up on even trying to provide a decent experience.
