The place is close to the river, the view from the room is lovely, and the onsen is charming and well equipped. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the foot bath was a nice treat after a long day of travel. Breakfast was very good. The room was spacious, but it felt old and the bathroom was really small.

The location was excellent, the mattress was comfortable enough that I fell asleep quickly and slept through the night, and I woke up refreshed. Beyond just staying, I enjoyed the onsen, foot bath, meals, and had plenty of time to play on the second and third floor playroom and manga corner inside the building.

The room size was just right and there were plenty of things to do. I didn’t realize I could choose breakfast, but the Western-style breakfast was also satisfying.

The hotel sits in a great spot by the river, and the city view from the room is nice. There were a few thoughtful touches, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was that there wasn’t really a comfortable place to sit in the room.
