We were welcomed warmly by the owner, who even reopened the pool for us late and helped us with a small dinner. Breakfast took place in a cozy kitchen with the owner’s couple and Betty, the young dog, at a lovingly set table and was very good—fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, homemade jams, fruit salad from the big garden’s fruits… everything was excellent! We had great conversations and received useful tips. The garden feels like a small park with exotic trees, birds, chickens, cats, and horses—a little paradise! The room is small but fine, everything is in order.

We had an excellent family stay. The hosts were extraordinary and remarkably kind, always available and helpful. The accommodation is ideally located, just an 8‑minute drive from Villandry Castle and 15 minutes from Azay‑le‑Rideau Castle. The pool and beautiful garden added extra charm to our visit. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the region in a warm, pleasant setting.
